Information we collect
When you submit an application or join the talent community, you may provide:
- Contact details — name, email address, and phone number.
- Professional background — current job title, employer, location, LinkedIn profile, and desired salary or availability.
- Your resume / CV — uploaded as a file, and an optional cover note.
We also keep a record of the role you applied to and the date you applied.
How we use your information
- To evaluate your fit for the role you applied for and other current or future openings.
- To contact you about opportunities, interviews, and next steps.
- To share your profile with our client (the hiring company) as part of the placement process.
Resume processing & keyword matching
When you upload a resume, we extract the plain text from the file so we can search and compare it against the requirements of open roles. This text extraction is automated and rule-based — it is not generated by an AI and is not shared publicly. The extracted text stays with your candidate record and is used only to help our recruiters assess fit.
Sharing your information
We share your profile with the specific hiring company for a role you are being considered for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not post your details publicly. The company name behind a role is not shown on our public job board.
Data retention
We keep your candidate record so we can consider you for future opportunities. If you would like your information updated or removed from our database, contact us using the details below and we will honor your request.

- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Opt out of future communications at any time.
